Just some copy editing: caught some wrong words and missed formatting. I also replaced the PLAYING THE GAME page with a far more useful "Setting Assumptions" page.

Otherwise, I'm working on the single-page, screen version now. My goal with that is just to make it incredibly readable and as accessible as I'm able. It should work really well with screen readers 🤞🏻 I imagine the epub/mobi version will be based off of this version as well.

After that, I'll work on the "spreads," screen version. I haven't quite decided what that will look like--do I go full luxury and make it 17 inches wide? Should it be a mere 11 inches..? How many columns? Maybe I'll do some Twitter polls.
